This is our latest work on cationic peptide carriers (CPC) for cartilage targeting in drug delivery for osteoarthritis. We found significant competing interactions between CPC with synovial fluid constituents before uptake in cartilage and investigated the in vivo biodistribution of CPC after intra-articular injection in rats.
