Our lab has been awarded a $3.1M NIH R01 Grant – Cartilage targeting exosomes for OA gene therapy and pain treatment! This project will continue our work on developing charge-reversed exosomes for non-viral gene therapy in OA. Prof. Rachel Miller from Rush University is a co-PI on the grant and will contribute towards understanding and evaluating pain-related outcomes.
